Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when signing up for Cerebrum IQ services. For your convenience, please see it below: 1. Trial Period Refunds ($0.99) Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if: • First-time trial user • No previous trial refunds on any account • No terms of service violations • Request submitted through official channels 2. Regular Subscription Refunds Not eligible for refunds except in these specific cases: a) Service Unavailability • Documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours • Not caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure events b) Technical Issues • Platform bugs preventing core feature access • Must be reported within 30 days of charge • Must be verified by our technical team c) Billing Errors • Duplicate charges • Incorrect amount charged • Unauthorized transactions d) Legal Requirements • As required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction 3. Non-Refundable Cases The following are explicitly not eligible for refunds: • Partial/unused subscription time after cancellation • Plan downgrades • Feature unavailability during maintenance • Change of mind or no longer needing the service • Failure to cancel before renewal 4. Currency Processing 5.1 Supported Currencies We process payments in local currency for: • United States (USD) • European Union (EUR) • United Kingdom (GBP) • Canada (CAD) • Australia (AUD) For all other regions, charges will be processed in USD. 5.2 Currency Conversion • Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer • Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable • You may see currency conversion charges on your statement from your bank • These conversion charges are separate from our service charges and are not controlled by Cerebrum IQ Note: While we don’t charge additional fees for currency conversion, your bank or card issuer may apply their own conversion fees or charges. Please check with your financial institution for details about their international transaction policies.

I didn't authorize a subscription or recurring charge

This subscription policy is part of our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when signing up for Cerebrum IQ services. During your sign-up process, we clearly presented you with both the trial price ($0.99) and your selected subscription rate that would apply after the trial period, requiring your explicit acknowledgment before proceeding. As per Section 6.1 of our Terms & Conditions, all subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial period for $0.99, which automatically converts to your selected subscription rate after the trial period ends. Upon sign-up, we sent you a welcome email that included: - Your subscription terms and conditions - Information about upcoming charges - Trial period duration - Post-trial subscription rate - Cancellation instructions According to Section 6.4 of our Terms & Conditions: - All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled - You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges - You can cancel anytime through our self-service portal. When you signed up for Cerebrum IQ, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions (Section 4.1), which includes authorization for automatic payments and subscription renewals. As stated in Section 6.3, we use PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and billing occurs automatically on subscription renewal dates. For clarity on pricing, Section 6.2 outlines our standard subscription plans, and Section 6.1 details how the trial transitions to regular pricing: 1. Day 1-7: $0.99 total (trial period) 2. Day 8 onwards: Your selected subscription rate applies 3. You have the option to cancel before the standard rate begins
