Can I get refund if my card was stolen and transactions were not authorized?

As per Section 7.2(c) of our Terms & Conditions, refunds may be issued for unauthorized transactions resulting from a stolen card. To process your claim:

Required Documentation:

  1. Official confirmation from your bank about the card being stolen

  2. Specific details of the unauthorized transactions you're disputing

  3. Supporting documentation as outlined in Section 7.4, including:

    • Account email

    • Transaction details

    • Bank documentation confirming the theft/unauthorized charges (mandatory)

Processing Timeline:

  • Our team will review your case within 3 business days (Section 7.4)

  • Upon verification of your documentation, we will process any applicable refunds

  • Refund delivery times may vary depending on your bank. While refunds are typically processed within a few days, they can take up to 5–10 business days.
